Radio Society of Great Britain
Rushmere Country Park Sunday 17th July 2022

Summary
The event will take place at Rushmere and Stockgrove Country Parks which is an attractive woodland maintained by the Greensand Trust. It is situated south of Milton Keynes and east of Leighton Buzzard close to the A5.

Following the merging of the two separate but adjacent Country Parks, they are now known collectively as Rushmere Country Park. We will be using the Stockgrove entrance and the signs that previously directed visitors to this have now been removed or altered to indicate Rushmere. There is now no sign for the Stockgrove entrance, so please read the directions below carefully.

Location and Directions:

Access to the park entrance is at Grid Reference SP920293, nearest Post Code LU7 0BA (This postcode applies to all the houses from the turn into Brickhill Road from Woburn Road, all the way up to the Park entrance).
Street map ref: http://streetmap.co.uk/map?X=491997&Y=229417&A=Y&Z=120

Continue for approximately half a mile and the Stockgrove entrance is on the left. The car park fees are monitored by ANPR cameras and the charges are 1-3 hours £4, over 3 hours £6. You are asked to pay at the machine by the Cafe, just before you leave.
This car park is very small and gets full on Sundays. You are advised to arrive as early as you can.
